Once again our heroes return....what heroes do I speak of you ask? Well none other than myself, brodiemash, & our new co-host of The DUmb, Bryan Harley from AMF Productions. Back again for the first time, we talk about all kinds of stuff relating to film and some other things....not so much:
• We talk about films we saw over the Labor Day weekend including The Wackness, Pineapple Express, The Clone Wars, Babylon A.D., Tropic Thunder & more.
• Next weeks DVD releases and how nobody else loves Wings but me (and Quagmire).
• How we'd make an R-rated Star Wars film.
• We reenact the conversation between Sarah Palin and her pregnant daughter.
• My lunch at Livingstone's and their horrible customer service.
• The active film festivals going on in Fresno in the month of September, including the F.F.I.L.M.M and the Latino Film Festival
• The death of Don LaFontaine
• We overload on nerdiness as we discuss the awesome RED Camera.
All this and much, much more. All for free. Download it, listen and let us know what you think. Thanks to Late Update for hosting our podcast!

• The Tropic Thunder & Star Wars: The Clone Wars controversy.
• Bryan tells us how he met the stars & creators of the BBC series Spaced.

Pineapple Express drops some new clips
The comedies are coming, THE COMEDIES ARE COMING! With Step Brothers this weekend, the end of summer funny films are hitting the theater. And of course, that means clips galore. Head on over to Collider here to check out six clips from Pineapple Express, the upcoming film starring Seth Rogen and James Franco. So you guys think this is gonna be this years Superbad? Who knows but foot in the windshield is always funny.... Between this and Tropic Thunder, I'm not sure which one I'm looking more forward to watching. Thanks to Jay for the link!

Tropic Thunder's mock documentary Rain Of Madness drops
With Tropic Thunder getting more and more press as of late, the studio has dropped this little gem to hold us over until the film's ultimate release. A play on the documentary Hearts Of Darkness, which chronicled the making of Coppola's Apocalypse Now, it's not really clear if this ever going to actually be released (maybe a DVD special feature?) but it just adds fuel to the flame that is the hype for the film. Can't get enough of Downey, Jr. man...Head on over here to get the HD version from Apple.

Dem Trailers: Tropic Thunder or Three Amigos!?

God I fucken love Three Amigos! You know when people say "Oh, I can watch that movie anytime" and you think, "Really?! You can watch fucken Schindler's List ANYTIME?!" Yeah, well Amigos is one of those movies for me. And this Tropic Thunder trailer reminds me a lot of those darn Amigos! Damn, if Iron Man doesn't solidify Robert Downey Jr. bad-assness (for nerds, I mean...well all know about Chaplin), this role will definitely be the haymaker. Is there nothing the man can't do? I mean besides staying sober for more than 5 years (keep it going, yo!). Still, I can't help to wonder how cool it would be to see Ned Nederlander, Dusty Bottoms and Lucky Day back on the screen again..... Check out the trailer here.
