New Mighty Muggs reveal themselves

Behold the great Soundwave! Aight, I wasn't too excited about the Transformers line when it was announced at Comic Con but that looks pretty bad ass!

And although these have been announced for a while, here is the first pic of the entire next wave. Classic Iron Man FTW! And finally, it has been announced that the Indiana Jones line has been canceled. WTF!? I want my damn Dr. Henry Jones, dammit! I know people that have picked these up but according to Mighty Muggs Lounge (which is where all these pictures & info come from), all Waves (including Wave 2) have been cancelled. Time to start picking them up on eBay, people!

New Mighty Muggs revealed at Comic Con; Transformers & G.I. Joe are next

Lets get something straight: I buy toys, action figures, dolls, whatever you wanna call them. Right now, I'm on a Mighty Muggs binge. The design is simple. The lines are crisp. And the packaging is super minimalistic. I love them. But I've decided to stop before it gets outta hand (which Diana will argue it already has) and simply get the cool ones (but they're ALL so cool!). Well, Comic Con has always brought us some good toy news and this year doesn't fail: Hasbro has announced that in addition to there Star Wars, Marvel & Indiana Jones lines, they're now bringing Transformers & G.I. Joe into the fold! Not to excited about G.I. Joe (although I'll probably swoop that Snake Eyes up there) and Transformers are cool but not sure about how well they'll translate in Muggs form. The pics up there look cool, though. Check out more Transformers pics here and the G.I. Joe pics can be found here. Also, while looking around, I came across Mighty Muggs Lounge. This blog is dedicated to all things Mighty Muggs, If your interested, you gotta check it out. Also, coming out later this year, Hasbro will be releasing blanks so you can create your own characters (I sense a brodiemash figure coming soon). Maybe once they're released, we'll have some kind of contest here to see who can create the best Fresno related custom Mighty Mugg (Autry? Chief Dyer? Pat Hill? K-Fed? Mike Oz?) Now I'm off to my weekly Muggs hunt at local Targets.

Transformers sequel gets official title, dedicated blog

I know we were all waiting for Michael Bay to jump back into his director's chair and start fucking around with our childhood once more and this past week, he did just that. Transformers 2: Revenge Of The Fallen began filming in Pennsylvania and this blog has been doing a good job of documenting the production (that layout looks familiar), including that awesome picture of Jetfire up there as well as breaking some news about which vehicles will be in the film and which characters will return and new ones that appear in the franchise. Now all we have to do is sit back and wait for Bay to work his magic.

Mmmm....genius. Awesome commercial is awesome!

Finally! Something to humanize this guy since the internets has decided to paint this dude as a hack. Honestly, his brute force action scene's are balls out the best in Hollywood right now. Yeah, he lacks the finesse of others but he's consistently pulls off some great action stuff that always peaks my interest no matter what the subject matter. And this commercial......fucken AWESOME! This should of run during the Super Bowl, if you ask me. It's that awesome!
