Alright, so I can't embed this particular YouTube video here but just go on over here and check it out for yourself and you'll see exactly why. Pretty cool concept and really surprised no one else has done something like this before. Check it out and let us know what you thought.

Yet more shamless promotion? Yes indeed!
So tomorrow is the big day of our first event so I will continue to use this blog as a promotional machine and I don't care what you say! I'm sorry, I do care what you guys say! I apologize for the lack of posts these last couple of days, just trying to get this thing going has sucked up all my time. That, plus there's been a relatively stagnant amount of cool shit happening in the nerdosphere, quite frankly. Hopefully, we'll get back on track next week!
The Beehive posted a wonderful write up on the Swede Festival and they also posted some of the entries that will be shown there. I wanted to try to keep some of them as a surprise but I told them to go ahead and post them so now I'm going to repost them over here in case you guys missed them:
Iron Man (produced by Brittany Stapleton, Katie Howden and Michael Banti)
When Harry Met Sally (produced by Will Albritton, Josh Tehee and Jaime Holt)
Yup, so there's a preview of what to expect. Also, head on over here to Fresno Famous to read an article they wrote on the festival in which I kick down 5 Tips For Swedeing! Check 'em out and I hope to see you all tomorrow!

Random Goodness: Whut, whut! In your head is where this song will be
Well, I wouldn't call it NSFW since technically, there isn't any cuss words or dirty images....butt (pun intended) check it out anyways. Have a great weekend trying to gt this outta your head. Thanks to Rob Stank & Canaforian for directing this little gem to me.

Prince vs. Radiohead: The battle over copyright
A couple of friends of mine went to Coachella last month and they mentioned that Prince had done a cover of Radiohead's hit song Creep. I knew that eventually that would hit the internets and we'd all get a chance to listen to it. Well, apparently the videos went up but were quickly pulled by Prince. Radiohead heard about the performance and were happy that the guy performed it but were upset that he had asked You Tube to pull the video since they owned the song. So the big question now is who's got the right to what when it comes down to copyright and ownership. Hmmmm....I think Prince is gonna lose this one (wadda jackass, IMO. He's the one making money off of others!). Check out the full story over here at CNN and let us know what you think.

An Inch Or A Mile
So here it is. Our first "complete" short and the end result of what felt like a 2 week long face grinding. Shot entirely here in Fresno, this is just a little preview of what's to come (hopefully). If you like what you see or you don't like, let us know. We will continue making films and try to improve our skills so for being our first, I'd have to say it didn't come out too bad. Just training for "Blur" So if you wish to see this in it's non-web compressed format and projected onto a screen, come by the Fresno Art Museum's 1st Annual Latino Film Festival Nov. 2-4 where it will be screened. No for sure date yet, but I'm thinking it's going to be on Sun. between 12pm & 5pm but check the website for further updates. Come on out and help support local filmmaking! Also, for you of those around here in Fresno that are into filmmaking, you should attend Fresno Filmmakers Forum taking place Saturday, Oct. 27 in downtown Fresno. The cost is $15 and it seems to be a day long conference filled with some good film related talks. If interested, definately check it out.
